Job Description:

Join us as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Rosedale, Maryland, for a focused and engaging outpatient clinic role. This assignment entails working five days a week, eight-hour shifts from 08:30 to 17:00, with opportunities to pick up weekend shifts if desired. The RN will navigate patient discharges, care coordination, and needs assessments across the hospital's patient tower, requiring flexibility to float between MedSurg units.
