Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, where you’ll be responsible for caring for level 3 NICU infants requiring specialized interventions such as high-frequency vents, CPAP, nitric oxide, and whole body cooling. This role involves night shifts from 1845 to 0715, with an expected weekly commitment of 36 hours over a 13-week contract. You'll work alongside experienced staff in a 25-bed unit, with the possibility of occasional float to mother-baby or pediatrics, though census tends to keep this minimal. Your expertise in high-risk neonatal care will be key, and you'll use EPIC electronic records to document your work. The environment will challenge your skills and reward your compassion, making this a truly impactful assignment.
