Job Description:
Join a dedicated Labor and Delivery team in Battle Creek, where you'll support mothers through the vital moments of childbirth on a 12-hour night shift. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work across all areas of the LDRP unit, including antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You'll be circulating, assisting with triage, and possibly scrubbing in for procedures—an engaging role for experienced RNs who thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on OB, Mother/Baby, and L&D, your expertise ensures smooth transitions for families welcoming new life. The assignment is designed for nurses with at least two years of hands-on experience, following staffing standards set by AWHONN guidelines. During this time, you'll contribute to a supportive team, perform newborn hearing screens, and work in a facility that values versatility and thoroughness.
