Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract in Monticello, Minnesota, where you'll be central to providing exceptional care in a 6-bed LDRP unit. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a rotating schedule, including every third weekend. Expect to engage in a variety of duties, from supporting labor and postpartum patients to managing newborns in the Special Care Nursery, including infant IV starts and high flow oxygen therapy. The environment offers the opportunity to utilize your experience with pregnant patients 36 weeks gestation or higher, including antepartum, triage, and normal newborn care—making each shift varied and vital. This position provides a unique chance to work in a close-knit facility focused on maternal and neonatal health, where your skills directly impact new families during some of their most important moments.
