Job Description:

Join a reputable healthcare facility in Milwaukee, WI, as a Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour day shifts. This assignment offers the chance to gain experience in a Level III Trauma Center and Magnet-designated hospital, where you'll be responsible for managing ventilators—including AVEA, Servo U, and Hamilton models—and performing procedures such as intubations, ABGs, and extubations. You'll support adult and geriatric patients primarily, with some pediatric cases in the ED. The role includes floating to various units across the hospital, with an emphasis on maintaining patient stability and adjusting ventilator settings according to physician orders.
