Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role takes place within a busy Level III Trauma Center in Milwaukee. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support to adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases in the emergency department. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilators such as AVEA and Servo U models, performing ABGs, and assisting with intubations and extubations. The position offers an engaging experience for a certified therapist eager to make a difference during overnight hours in a vibrant hospital setting. You'll support a patient load with a 1:1 ratio, floating across various units to keep your skills sharp. The assignment lasts 13 weeks, giving you time to settle into this rewarding role and explore the local area while honing your expertise.
