Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist focusing on pediatric and adult ECMO patients. You'll work in a large program dedicated to supporting children with congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernias, and respiratory failure, often caring for stable children on ECMO. Your role will involve managing pediatric circuits with occasional ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 for adults, primarily in a setting emphasizing remote monitoring and rounding. This position offers a day-to-night rotating schedule, with opportunities to interact closely with specialized medical teams, ensuring high-quality support for complex ECMO cases.
