Job Description:

Join a specialized respiratory therapy team providing advanced care at a busy healthcare facility in Bakersfield. You will administer complex respiratory treatments such as IPPB therapy, aerosolized medications, and pulmonary drainage. Your expertise will be vital in performing arterial blood gases, mechanical ventilation management, and coordinating emergency responses. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining respiratory equipment, guiding patients and their families on self-care techniques, and collaborating closely with physicians and support staff. Expect a mix of high-level procedures, patient education, and technical proficiency in a fast-paced setting—all while contributing to top-tier patient outcomes.
