Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU RN Manager in Winston-Salem, where you'll oversee neonatal intensive care with a focus on infants born as early as 23 weeks and those requiring surgical interventions. This role involves managing complex ventilator, central line, and feeding procedures, including G-tubes and tracheostomies. You'll work alongside experienced Charge RNs and support staff within a teaching hospital setting, utilizing EPIC EMR to coordinate patient care. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, with an allowance for holiday work and a brief departmental orientation. This assignment offers a mix of clinical responsibility and leadership, providing a unique chance to impact neonatal outcomes in a renowned academic medical center.
