Job Description:

Join us as a Per Diem NICU RN in a role that combines critical neonatal care with flexibility. You will provide specialized nursing support in the NICU at Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial, caring for newborns and infants during 12-hour night shifts. This assignment requires cross coverage to a Level 3 NICU when needed, and involves charting with EPIC. The work offers a unique opportunity to experience two compassionate community hospitals, with shifts varying from 4 to 12 hours and some unbillable orientation hours. Your expertise in Level 2 NICU care will be vital, and you’ll be prepared to float seamlessly between units based on census and departmental needs. Bring your BLS and NRP certifications—your expertise will help ensure the best outcomes for fragile newborns in this engaging and rewarding role.
