Job Description:

Take your expertise to Westerville, Ohio as a Respiratory Therapist supporting the NICU team on a part-time contract. This role focuses on the respiratory side of NICU care, helping deliver consistent treatment plans during night hours while working within a structured Monday–Thursday schedule.

You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Mon–Thurs), totaling 36 hours per week. Expect a fast, detail-driven rhythm where timely respiratory assessments, equipment readiness, and adherence to care protocols are essential—so your work directly shapes the flow of the shift.

Unique to this assignment is the part-time weekly structure with no weekend coverage, allowing you to concentrate your efforts during the night shift block while planning your days with more predictability.
