Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with fragile newborns, including preemies as early as 22 weeks gestation and beyond. The role involves caring for infants with complex medical conditions such as abdominal wall defects, HIE, RDS, and sepsis, among others. Shifts are scheduled for 12 hours overnight, either as four consecutive nights with no call or three nights with bi-weekly call shifts. Float assignments to other NICU units or facilities may be required to ensure consistent coverage. Experience with EPIC documentation (minimum 1 year) and possession of BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications are necessary.
