Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU RN contract in Atlanta, GA, providing weekend block nights—Friday through Sunday—in a Level IV and surgical NICU setting. This role involves managing critically ill neonates with diagnoses such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, BPD, and pulmonary hypertension. Flexibility to float to other units and working at least one holiday during the 13-week assignment are expected. Candidates should have NICU level IV or surgical experience and carry PALS certification; NRP is preferred. The facility is nicotine-free, requiring testing along with drug screening, and mandates flu vaccinations—religious or medical exemptions are not permitted. You’ll be actively involved in stabilizing and monitoring neonatal patients during critical moments, making this a truly impactful experience for seasoned NICU nurses.
