You’ll work Monday through Friday with 2-3 weekend shifts per 6-week cycle, gaining valuable hands-on experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various ventilation methods. Your expertise with Level III and Level IV NICU settings will be key, especially your experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilation and patient recovery.
