Job Description:

Join a dedicated team on a 28-bed high acuity medical-surgical unit specializing in post-operative care. You'll work night shifts, providing patient monitoring, medication administration, and recovery support during the quiet hours of the evening through early morning. This role offers a chance to experience a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and swift decision-making make a difference. While the focus is on clinical review and support rather than patient care, your expertise will ensure smooth operations and safety protocols are followed. The assignment features a flexible 36 or 48-hour weekly schedule, with every other weekend and holiday off, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm.
