Job Description:

Join a prominent Level I Trauma teaching hospital in Charlotte as a MedSurg/Tele RN specializing in neuro and spinal post-operative care. This contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour week schedule—perfect for those who thrive in high-acuity settings and enjoy independent problem-solving. You’ll be managing a variety of complex patient diagnoses, including stroke, spinal fusion, brain tumors, and seizure activity, while providing essential post-op neuro and spine education to patients and their families. Expect to interpret cardiac rhythms, manage chest tubes and drains, administer medications including IV drips, and assist patients in mobilization—skills that truly sharpen your clinical expertise.
