Job Description:

Join a travel assignment as a MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse where you'll be responsible for delivering patient care through the application of the Nursing Process, adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills while coordinating safe and efficient care. You'll be expected to delegate tasks appropriately, supervise assigned personnel, and maintain your clinical competencies through ongoing education. The work environment requires flexibility, as you'll float between four different facilities, including Northwest Medical Center and three other local hospitals, providing diverse experiences in a single assignment.
