Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse for an engaging travel contract in Houma, LA. In this role, you'll be working in a specialized telemetry unit, managing a diverse patient load including post-op cardiac surgery patients, those with chronic vents, dialysis needs, and stroke recovery. You'll be responsible for titrating multiple cardiac drips like Dobutrex, Dopamine, and Amiodarone, while also handling various procedures such as TAVR, TEE, and pacemaker management. The shift is a 12-hour rotating schedule, offering a great opportunity to experience the rhythm of Louisiana’s vibrant community while sharpening your acute care skills. This assignment combines the routine of patient discharge and admission with the excitement of working with complex cardiac cases, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
