Job Description:

Join a dedicated telemetry stepdown unit in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you'll oversee the care of cardiac patients post-procedure and during acute events. This role calls for a skilled registered nurse experienced in cardiac monitoring, medication titration, and rhythm interpretation. You'll be essential in providing continuous oversight for patients with arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-surgical recovery, including post-open heart and cath procedures. The unit is also a great environment for nurses interested in sharpening their ICU skills—your expertise will be pivotal in managing complex cardiac cases while floating through various specialized units as needed.
