Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment in Labor & Delivery offers a unique opportunity for RNs to work in a focused obstetric setting with 6 LDRP beds and an in-house neonatal team available during the day. The role involves managing labor, delivery, postpartum, and mom/babe couplets, with the possibility of providing care for well babies in the nursery and assisting with post-surgical patients. The position emphasizes adherence to AWHONN guidelines, with experience in OB and some MedSurg skills preferred. You will work alongside dedicated staff in a small team, providing essential care in a supportive environment, without the need to circulate or recover patients from OR procedures. Expect to titrate drips such as oxytocin, mag, and insulin, and collaborate with in-house neonatology and anesthesia teams.
