Job Description:

This contract positions you in a hospital setting providing specialized nursing support during 12-hour night shifts. You will assist in managing general Med-Surg patients with conditions such as stroke, pneumonia, sepsis, and heart failure. Your responsibilities include IV insertions, bedside procedures like thoracentesis and wound care, and assisting providers with various interventions. The role offers a chance to sharpen procedural skills while working within a team that emphasizes collaboration. Expect a balanced workload with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:6, and an environment where your expertise helps ensure patient safety and comfort during night hours.
