Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role at a leading teaching hospital involves providing specialized care in ICU and floor settings during 12-hour night shifts. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing mechanically ventilated patients, performing airway management procedures, and administering advanced inhaled medications. The position offers opportunities to precept respiratory therapy students and engage with a variety of acute and chronic respiratory cases. Expect to troubleshoot ventilator alarms, interpret ABGs, and work with high-flow nasal cannula and other oxygen therapies. The role combines technical skill with hands-on patient interaction, all while working within a vibrant hospital campus that keeps you moving from one unit to another.
