Job Description:

Step into a specialized role in a 36-bed progressive care unit, where you'll be responsible for managing critically ill neuromuscular, stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and post-surgical patients. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work closely with advanced monitoring devices such as arterial lines, ventriculostomies, and drains, while providing critical support for complex wound care and ventilator management. The shift is 12-hour nights, giving you ample downtime during the day for personal pursuits. In this role, you'll be the go-to professional for invasive hemodynamic monitoring, managing vasoactive medications, and caring for patients with lumbar drains or postoperative lines. It’s a chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced setting and gain meaningful experience with some of the most intricate cases encountered in progressive care.
