Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse position offers a focused night shift experience in a busy cardiac intensive care unit. You’ll be responsible for caring for adult and geriatric patients dealing with complex cardiac conditions such as cardiogenic shock, arrhythmias, and heart failure. The role involves working closely with advanced therapies like Impella and IABP devices, performing bedside procedures including chest tube insertions and central line placements, and managing patients with high acuity cardiac issues. With a schedule of three 12-hour nights, you’ll have evenings free to explore the city or settle into the vibrant local scene. This assignment is perfect for nurses with strong CVICU experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to deepen their expertise in cardiovascular critical care.
