Job Description:

Join a fast-paced emergency room team on a 12-week contract in Midland, Texas. As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care across a busy 40+ bed ER that sees over 200 patients daily. This role involves working 12-hour mids shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, offering a chance to experience the vibrancy of night shift camaraderie and patient flow. The perfect candidate will bring at least two years of recent ER experience, including exposure to trauma cases at Level II or III facilities. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required; willingness to obtain them if not current is a plus. If you've recently traveled ER work or thrived in fast-moving environments, this assignment is made for you.
