Job Description:

Join a specialized medical-surgical oncology unit as a Registered Nurse certified in chemotherapy administration. In this role, you'll work night shifts on a 13-week contract, providing care for patients with a variety of diagnoses such as cancer, sepsis, and malignant neoplasms. Your skills in port access, blood product administration, wound care, and managing IV lines, including PICC and central lines, will be essential. The unit offers the unique opportunity to administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding. Float requirements will take you to similar inpatient units and alternate care locations, including inpatient holding in the ED.
