Job Description:

Join a reputable acute care hospital in Springfield, Illinois, as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract. This role offers 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, allowing you to experience the vibrant life of the city during the day while providing compassionate patient support in a Level I trauma center. You will be responsible for managing a patient census averaging 21, performing IV therapy, phlebotomy, and PICC line care, all while adhering to isolation precautions. The role provides the opportunity to float within your scope to meet department needs, offering variety and flexibility.
