Job Description:

Join a rewarding role as an RN on the 5th floor at ThedaCare Appleton, working 12-hour night shifts in a setting that keeps your skills sharp and your experience diverse. This contract involves caring for surgical patients, including GI, Urology, Orthopedics, and Vascular cases, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 to 1:6. You'll be immersed in a team that values resilience, adaptability, and dedication, with opportunities to float across various departments within a 60-mile radius. This role offers the chance to hone your skills in EPIC charting and surgical patient care, all while maintaining a steady schedule of 36 hours per week over 13 weeks.
