Job Description:

This ER RN position offers a stimulating 13-week contract opportunity in Hickory, North Carolina. As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing urgent care during overnight 12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The role features opportunities for schedule flexibility, including potential to shift to 4x12s if needed. This assignment is perfect for a nurse with at least three years of ER experience and familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required, with CPI and CIC preferred—trust us, it’s a handy skill to have.
