Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a well-equipped, high-acuity cardiac intensive care unit. You'll be responsible for managing ventilator setups, arterial lines, pulmonary artery catheters, and devices like LVADs and Impellas, all while closely monitoring patients with complex cardiac conditions such as acute heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac arrest scenarios. The shift involves four 12-hour nights per week, providing a consistent overnight schedule to navigate. This assignment stands out with its focus on advanced cardiac procedures and therapies, giving you a chance to hone specialized skills within a reputable magnet and teaching hospital setting in St. Louis.
