Job Description:

Join this 13-week assignment as a PCU float registered nurse in Kansas City, MO, where you'll work three night shifts per week (12-hour nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM). This role offers the chance to experience a variety of settings including MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, and Stepdown units. You'll be involved in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing cardiac and telemetry patients, and coordinating emergency responses. The position also requires skills in IV therapy, medication management, and specialized procedures such as post-cardiac care, dialysis, and ventilator management. With a focus on cross-unit flexibility, this assignment is perfect for nurses with at least two years of experience, previous charge or teaching hospital background, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
