Job Description:

Join a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU team where your expertise in pediatric cardiac care will be truly valued. This 13-week travel assignment offers a chance to work with a dedicated team in a specialized setting, managing young patients with complex heart conditions. Expect to handle patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 during critical shifts, with occasional stepdown responsibilities at 1:3. The role involves closely monitoring pediatric patients post-surgery or with congenital heart issues, utilizing your skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Your daily routine will include caring for patients on high alert and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
