Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of registered nurses in a vibrant women's services unit, specializing in antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. This travel contract offers a chance to experience a variety of patient scenarios, including high-risk pregnancies, high-volume deliveries, and postpartum management. You'll work within the float pool, providing flexible coverage across regional facilities such as Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. Expect to float within women's services and become familiar with diverse clinical settings, using your expertise to transition moms and babies independently when NICU resources are limited. This role is perfect for experienced RNs comfortable circulating in the OR, titrating drips like Pitocin and insulin, and managing full couplet care with minimal direct patient contact at times. The assignment emphasizes clear communication, resourcefulness, and adherence to AWHONN guidelines, with a blend of scheduled and on-call responsibilities, all while delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment.
