Job Description:

Join a specialized role in the neonatology field where you will provide comprehensive care to the tiniest patients in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This assignment offers a hands-on opportunity to manage neonates from 22 weeks gestation and above, focusing on critical interventions such as respiratory support, glucose regulation, and coordinating complex procedures like arterial lines and cardiac interventions. Expect to use advanced systems such as EPIC and Pyxis, and communicate with families and healthcare teams using SBAR to ensure seamless patient care. This role blends technical proficiency with a compassionate touch, especially when managing ventilator settings and administering vital medications in a fast-paced environment.
