Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient acute care rehabilitation team at a vibrant facility in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves evaluating and developing plans of care for a diverse range of patients, from those recovering from cardiac procedures and strokes to individuals with neurological conditions and fractures. Expect to see patients with varying acuity levels, including ICU and progressive care, using your clinical skills to support their recovery and determine discharge needs. You will perform therapeutic exercises, activity training, and assessments, all while wearing royal blue scrubs and charting in Cerner. This assignment offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while working a consistent 8-hour day shift five days a week.
