Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment as an intra-operative nurse working in a fast-paced surgical environment in West Burlington, Iowa. You'll play a crucial role supporting operating room teams across various specialties including ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Dental, Ophthalmology, Urology, OB/Gynecology, Vascular, and Bariatric procedures. Your responsibilities will include circulating surgeries, assisting with instrumentation, supporting anesthesia providers, and providing patient education—all while ensuring high standards of professional nursing care. This assignment offers an engaging mix of hands-on intra-operative activities, coordination with surgical teams, and some call hours. Expect approximately 70-80 hours of call over four weeks, with response times of 30 minutes. Previous Epic experience is required to seamlessly integrate into the workflow.
