Job Description:
Join a small rural Critical Access Hospital in White Sulphur Springs, MT, as a dedicated RN working the 12-hour night shifts. You'll take on the vital role of ER triage and management, confidently assessing and prioritizing patient needs during overnight hours. As the only night RN in the building, you'll serve as the ER charge nurse and house supervisor for LTC staff, including nurses and CNAs. This role offers a unique blend of emergency care and LTC support, with a calm ER atmosphere featuring a low patient census. The environment encourages teamwork, with opportunities to assist in rounds, toileting, and other nightly tasks, making each shift engaging and impactful. This assignment is perfect for an experienced RN who thrives in a rural setting and enjoys a mix of critical care and support duties in a close-knit community.

Duration: 13 weeks, with a scheduled orientation on 6/4, 6/5, and 6/6 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, starting 6/10 with 7 days on and 7 days off
