Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment invites experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to step into a night shift role, working 36 hours per week across three 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll have the opportunity to float to other Med Surg units as needed, providing flexible support where hospital needs are highest. The role emphasizes a patient load ratio of approximately 1:6-7 during night shifts and requires familiarity with the EPIC electronic medical record system. If you've previously worked at Mercy or hold current BLS certification, you’ll be a strong fit. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment that benefits from your quick thinking and adaptability.
