Job Description:

Join a dedicated Med-Surg Unit as a Registered Nurse where you'll care for both adult and pediatric patients in a 20-bed facility located in Fort Defiance, Arizona. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, with flexibility to cover other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. You'll be responsible for managing patient care in a setting that emphasizes excellent staffing ratios—4:1 for non-Covid patients and 2:1 for Covid patients—ensuring personalized attention for each individual. You'll also have the chance to assist with flu immunization clinics and float to other departments when necessary. Your expertise in med-surg and pediatric nursing, along with your certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, will be vital in delivering high-quality care while being an integral part of the team that values collaboration and adaptability.
