Job Description:

Join an esteemed acute care hospital in Alton, Illinois, as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit. This role involves providing comprehensive patient monitoring and care for adult patients with cardiac and other medical conditions, primarily during day shifts on 12-hour schedules.
