Job Description:

This inpatient hold RN position offers a chance to work with fluctuating patient acuity levels, balancing large patient loads during overnight shifts. Your role will involve managing patient conditions in a fast-paced environment, with some ability to assist in the emergency department when needed. You'll be the key person responsible for monitoring and supporting patients through their overnight stay, ensuring safety and comfort. The shift runs from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, giving you the unique opportunity to experience the quiet hours while staying engaged in critical patient management tasks.
