Job Description:

This OR nursing contract in Chicago offers an engaging opportunity for experienced perioperative nurses to showcase their skills in a high-volume surgical setting. The role requires at least two years of OR experience and proficiency with EPIC electronic health records. You'll be assisting in a busy OR department, managing various surgical cases, and ensuring smooth patient flow. The schedule features five standard 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with an on-call requirement—including one night every two weeks and one weekend every six weeks. Be prepared for occasional extended hours based on case load, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
