Job Description:

Join Meridian Hospital’s Women’s Services unit for a rewarding travel nursing assignment focusing on labor and delivery, postpartum, and well newborn care. As a circulating RN, you’ll support around 120 births each month, managing laboring patients from 32 weeks and beyond, along with elective and medical inductions. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential bedside support in a setting that adheres closely to AWHONN standards, including 1:1 patient ratios in labor and 1:6 in postpartum. This role offers a mix of routine and emergent situations, requiring experience with titrating drips like Pitocin and Mag, and familiarity with fetal monitoring systems. The unit is well-equipped with in-house OB hospitalists, neonatal NP, and CRNA support around the clock, ensuring a collaborative, well-staffed environment. The unique aspect? The opportunity to float to similar units within the valley, all within a short drive, offering diverse clinical exposure in a vibrant regional hub.
