Job Description:

Join a surgical team as an RNFA Registered Nurse specializing in operating room procedures. This 13-week contract offers 4 days of 10-hour daytime shifts, with occasional floating to pre/post-op areas or to Beacon Dowagiac on Mondays for surgical cases. You'll be supporting surgeons during procedures, assisting with sterile techniques, and maintaining a focus on patient safety before, during, and after surgeries. The role provides an engaging experience with a variety of surgical cases, making each day uniquely challenging yet rewarding for those with at least one year of OR experience. You will be part of a dedicated team where precision and responsiveness are key, and your skills directly contribute to successful surgical outcomes.
