Job Description:

This travel CT Technologist role places you at a 10-bed Emergency Department in Portage, IN, working overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You'll utilize your proficiency with GE CT scanners, Philips XR, Vitrea, Merge PACS, and MedRad contrast injectors to support patient imaging needs. While assisting in the Inpatient Rehab and Regency units, you'll primarily cover high-volume emergency cases and maintain a strong relationship with the Emergency Department. The role involves working solo from 11 PM to 7 AM, with XR tech support until 11 PM. Expect a schedule designed for autonomy, with protocols up-to-date and department-directed processes guiding your imaging procedures. The assignment challenges your technical skills and allows you to work with advanced imaging technology in a fast-paced environment, with a touch of independence during late-night hours.
