Job Description:

This surgical technologist role involves supporting the operative team through scrubbing in on procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready, and maintaining a safe, organized environment in the operating room. You'll be collaborating closely with registered nurses, surgeons, and other team members to facilitate smooth procedures, all while following established safety and asepsis protocols. Expect to be an integral part of the surgical process, assisting with equipment setup, handling sterile supplies, and communicating effectively throughout each case. The position offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced surgical setting, with an emphasis on teamwork and precision in a supportive environment.
