Job Description:

Join a dedicated team providing nursing care in a hospital setting, where your skills will be essential in managing a diverse patient population with a wide range of health issues. This role involves caring for patients across several units including pediatric intensive care, cardiac intensive care, neonatal intensive care, and various specialty units. You'll also have the opportunity to float to different departments such as surgical, behavioral health, and step-down units, offering a varied and engaging experience. The position requires a proactive approach in documenting responses, assisting physicians with procedures, administering medications, and communicating effectively with patients and their families. This is a fast-paced environment where your expertise in managing trach, high-flow oxygen, and infusion therapies will be vital, especially in a float pool role that covers multiple critical care units. The assignment promises a mix of routine and complex cases, making each shift uniquely rewarding.
