Job Description:

Join us as a registered nurse in a 15-bed Emergency Department located in Bemidji, Minnesota. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, trauma-level III setting where you'll manage approximately eight to nine patients per shift, rotating through days, evenings, and nights. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing the nursing process, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating care procedures, all while gaining valuable experience with equipment like EPIC and Accudose. This unit operates on a 12-hour shift schedule, with no call requirements and floating to different departments as needed. An engaging mix of teamwork and autonomous judgment makes this role both challenging and rewarding for experienced ER nurses.
