Job Description:

Join a stepdown nurse team in Birmingham, where you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient monitoring and care during overnight hours. This contract role is perfect for experienced RNs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working during the night shift. Your duties will include ongoing patient assessment, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure smooth unit operations. Working on a 1:4 patient ratio in a dedicated stepdown unit, you'll experience a balanced mix of teamwork and independent decision-making in a setting that values professionalism and expertise.

Location: Birmingham, Alabama
