Job Description:
Join a technically advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) team in a busy hospital setting that features five MRI machines, including GE and Siemens models, spread across two dedicated areas. This role requires a seasoned MRI technologist with a minimum of five years of acute care experience and hands-on familiarity with neuro, spine, tumor diagnostics, cardiac imaging, and anesthesia cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing complex cases such as biopsies, peds, and whole-body spectroscopy. Expect to coordinate with radiologists, other MRI technologists, and auxiliary staff to ensure smooth daily operations, all while making a difference in patient diagnostics in a level III trauma center environment. The schedule involves ten-hour days, with rotation opportunities including occasional weekend and holiday shifts, and on-call responsibilities that require prompt response within 30 minutes. This assignment promises a comprehensive experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary imaging department, where your expertise in GE and Siemens MRI systems will be highly valued.
